  • Jordan Rutherford - Physiotherapist (Director)

    Jordan has been offering physiotherapy services at Sandhurst since 2019. He currently works with the PGA Tour of Australasia as a physiotherapist treating many of Australia’s best golfers. He is involved at Monash University’s Physiotherapy Department teaching practical and case-based learning subjects and regularly supervises and mentors students in their final year clinical placements.

    Jordan enjoys helping his clients get the very best out of themselves in the gym, out on course or doing what they love.

    When he’s not working, Jordan enjoys playing golf, basketball, and cycling.

  • Edin Selimovic - Physiotherapist

    Edin has been a practicing musculoskeletal Physiotherapist since 2014, having worked across several clinics in Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

    Through his studies in Exercise Science and Strength and Conditioning Edin has developed a strong focus on the rehabilitation of various injuries and achieving safe and successful returns to sport for athletes. 

    Edin's area of interest include:

    - Sport specific rehabilitation

    - Running injuries

    - Golf injury screening

    - Clinical Pilates in the management of lower back pain

    - Strengthening and falls prevention in the elderly

    Edin's treatments may include:

    - Manual therapy

    - Joint mobilisations and manipulations

    - Dry needling

    - Taping

    In his spare time Edin enjoys playing golf, running and spending time with his wife and new son.

    He is excited to be a new member of the Launch Health team and contributing to the Sandhurst community. 

  • Byron Brightman - Strength and Conditioning Coach

    Byron is an ASCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach with a focus on golf fitness and mobility. He attended college in the United States as a college athlete playing golf at Blue Mountain College in Mississippi, earning himself a Bachelor in Exercise Science through his studies. He has been a member of the Sandhurst community for 10+ years and has been involved in volunteer work with Play Ball Australia for young kids education through movement, sport, and wellbeing.

    Byron takes the Golf Fit Classes which help to increase your mobility and strength through specific and targeted exercises in a group setting, alternatively, he takes private sessions where he will focus on individual parameters and, using the AxIt System, provide objective data for you to keep track of your achievements.

    His Golf Fit Classes are for all ages and abilities, and is a great way for golfers to improve their physical fitness in an enjoyable social setting. Book in for a Golf Fit Assessment to gain a better understanding of your body!

  • Chelsea Hailes - Massage Therapist

    Chelsea is a qualified Massage Therapist who has been practicing since 2021. She has expertise and special interest in supporting sports recovery and has gained this through working with professional sport teams. She can often be found supporting pre and post games or aiding after trainings before the players rest days

    -  Relaxation massage

    -  Dry needling

    -  Myofascial cupping

    Chelsea offers tailored massage techniques to help a variety of injuries and reduce soreness. She enjoys seeing the positive results of her work and the relief massage brings to her clients.

    In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys running, strength training, and spending time with her friends and family.
