Byron Brightman

ASCA Certified Strangth and Conditioning Coach

Byron is an ASCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach with a focus on golf fitness and mobility. He attended college in the United States as a college athlete playing golf at Blue Mountain College in Mississippi, earning himself a Bachelor in Exercise Science through his studies. He has been a member of the Sandhurst community for 10+ years and has been involved in volunteer work with Play Ball Australia for young kids education through movement, sport, and wellbeing. 

Byron takes the Golf Fit Classes which help to increase your mobility and strength through specific and targeted exercises in a group setting, alternatively, he takes private sessions where he will focus on individual parameters and, using the AxIt System, provide objective data for you to keep track of your achievements.

The AxIT System

An AxIT Assessment involves a comprehensive series of movement

tests using three devices to gain valuable objective data on how you

move. These assessments may be performed in session or as a standalone service to

help guide our management plan and get the best possible outcomes for your

health and fitness!
